The Process
1) Let’s talk about you
We start with a conversation about what you are looking. Where do you work? Where do you want to live? What is your budget? What type of home are you looking for? The more information we have on your needs and wants, the more we can ensure that the rental listings we send you are suitable to what you are looking for. If you are already have your eye on specific buildings or specific listings, let’s book a showing as soon as possible to put you ahead of everyone else.
2) Book SHowings
Once we are able to really narrow down to a list of places you are interested in and think you could call home, we will book showings based on your availability and go through the homes in person together.
3) Deep Dive
Like what you saw? Thinking of putting in an offer? Great. This is where we dig a bit deeper to get all our facts in order before putting in an offer. What’s included in rent? What’s the length of the lease term they are looking for? When can you move in? Is there anything about the property or building you should know as a tenant? Are there any restrictions you should be aware of? We get this information through the listing and conversations with the listing agent.
4) OFFER AND MOVE IN
If everything looks good, and you’re happy with everything the listing is offering, then its time to put in an offer.
Congratulations! The place is yours and now its time for you to prepare to move in. We will make sure your new home is cleaned and the keys are ready so you can start moving in and enjoying your new place.
