One Delisle is the first project in Canada by one of the world’s most decorated architects, Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang. Rising from a square base at street level, One Delisle spirals to become a 16-sided circular tower with generous outdoor spaces throughout the building. Studio Gang was drawn to these opposing elements and has brought them together at One Delisle, where natural and organic elements are contrasted with bold urban finishes. The residential building does not merge with the neighbourhood, it embraces it.
